Chicken Fried Rice

Here's another great Weight Watchers recipe. The recipe does not include chicken, but I added it to mine! I chopped up a chicken breast (or two) and cooked it in a skillet. After I finished the rice, I added the chicken. Very yummy! Mine was a little dry, so I added a tad more soy sauce. The fried rice has 4 points. A chicken breast is about 3 points, so the recipe plus cooked chicken is about 7 points.
